Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Thermal Metal Treating, Inc., the maker of Longleaf Collection® hardware (“Longleaf Collection,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects through longleafcollection.com (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Website, call us or email us, we collect what you provide:

  • Contact form (Contact Us page): your name, company, email address, phone number, your message and any file you choose to attach.
  • Product reviews: if you review a product, your name, email address and review. Your name and review may be shown publicly on the Website.
  • Email and phone: anything you send us, including files you email to us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and the third-party tools listed below may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the page or ad that referred you, and similar usage information, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and project inquiries, and to prepare quotes.
  • To provide our products and services, and to keep customer and order records.
  • To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
  • To show our ads to existing and prospective customers, and to measure and improve our advertising (see section 4).
  • To protect the Website from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.

3. Third-party services we use

The Website uses the following services, which may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to measure Website traffic.
  • Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, for remarketing and to measure ad results. See section 4.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Instagram (Meta), whose posts we show on the Website.
  • YouTube (Google), for videos embedded on the Website.
  • Google Fonts, to display text.
  • Our website host and email providers, which deliver the information you submit through the contact form to our staff by email. Our website software also keeps a copy of these emails and records how you arrived at the Website (for example, from a search engine or an ad).

4. Remarketing and interest-based advertising

We use remarketing and ad measurement services from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to show our ads to people who have visited the Website when they later use other websites and apps, and to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. These services use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, and they collect information such as the pages you visited and when.

Customer lists. We may also upload contact information of customers and people who have contacted us, such as email addresses and phone numbers, to advertising platforms such as Google (Customer Match) and Meta (Custom Audiences). The information is hashed (converted into a coded form) before it is matched, and the platforms use it only to match it to their users, show those people our ads or exclude them from our ads, and, on some platforms, to find people with similar interests. Under the platforms’ terms, they may not use it for other advertisers. To ask us to leave your information out of these uploads, contact us using the details in section 12. We do not sell your contact information.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings, Meta ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads, but they will not be based on your visits to the Website.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your contact information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run our business and the Website, such as our website host and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • With advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, in hashed form, to show our ads to the right people, as described in section 4.
  • With dealers, suppliers or partners, when needed to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote or complete an order you asked about.
  • If required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
  • As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
  • With your consent.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the Website, such as form spam protection, may not work properly without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to answer inquiries, provide products and services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop sending you marketing messages, or to leave your information out of the customer lists we upload to advertising platforms, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it for an existing customer relationship.
